You will be taken to a page that will display all of your account info. The "password" field will show your encripted password. To change it, simple type your desired password in that field and then click "submit".

To add more listings, simply Simply login to the advertisers secure Web interfaceadn then click on the "Manage Listings" link. This will take you to a menu where your can choose to add, edit or delete any of your listings.

  3. How did you come up with the "estimated number of days" that is shown on the reports I see in the advertisers web interface?
The "estimated number of days" seen in the advertisers secure web interface are based on your account's 3-day historical performance, and calculated with an average daily click charge amount. This average daily click charge amount is compared with your account balance to arrive at the "estimate" on the number of days left until your funds are exhausted. Please keep in mind, this information is based on your account's performance over the last three days. If you adjust your bids, this will affect the number of days left in your account.

  4. I have multiple accounts and want to change the Account Name associated with each Account. How do I do this?
When updating multiple accounts you will need to edit one account name at a time. To change your account name, login to your secure web interface and select the account that you wish to modify. Then select "Edit Customer Profile" and edit the account name field. When you are finished changing your account name, click back on the main tab and select another account that you wish to modify. Follow the same process for each account that you wish to change.

  5. What is your account reactivation policy?
If an account is taken offline because its balance has been exhausted, we will need a deposit equal to at least 3 days worth of click charges (based on your account's most recent activity) in order to reactivate the account. If your account is taken offline, you will lose your original position in the listings when you return to the marketplace. This policy applies to deposits made via the advertisers secure web interface and to phone deposits made through our Client Services team.

  6. How do you calculate the minimum deposit required to reactivate my account?
We calculate an account's average daily click charges by reviewing the account's click activity over the course of 3 days, then finding an average. Then, we multiply that number by 3. This number is the minimum deposit required to reactivate an account that has been taken offline because its balance has been exhausted.

  7. What is the minimum deposit if my account doesn't go offline?
If you are making a deposit to replenish an account that has not been taken offline, the minimum deposit is $50. The good news is, this new policy only applies to accounts that have been taken offline because its account balance has been exhausted.

  8. What if my account has been offline for more than 3 days. how would you calculate my required deposit?
If an account has been offline for more than 3 days, we calculate an account's average daily click charges for the last 3 days that the account was online.
