Terms and Conditions
This constitutes the entire agreement between MySexMap ('Company') and the affiliate ('Affiliate'). By clicking the check box, below, you agree to be bound by this agreement and not to contest any of its terms. 1. Affiliate Code Presentation The code must be posted to the Affiliate's web site exactly as issued and may not be changed in any way, including but not limited to size or graphic file. 2. Our Rights 'Company' reserves the right to reject any 'Affiliate' application for any reason and can terminate an existing affiliate's account without prior notice. 'Company' also holds the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of this Affiliate Program and the properties surrounding the program, such as but not limited to the commission percentage. 3. Affiliate's Rights 'Affiliate' has the right to receive their checks promptly and on a regular basis. 'Affiliate' also has the right to receive the proper amount of money that is owed to them according to the MySexMap affiliate statistics page. Finally, 'Affiliate' has the right to discontinue their account at any time. 4. Disclaimer 'Affiliate' hereby agrees to indemnify and hold 'Company' harmless against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) (any or all of the foregoing hereinafter referred to as "Losses"). 5. Terms of Agreement This agreement holds true for as long as 'Affiliate' is a member of the 'Company' program. 'Affiliate' may only receive commissions when 'Affiliate' account is still active. Any violations of this agreement will result in the termination of 'Affiliate' account and the holding of all 'Affiliate' earned money. 6. Frauds and Scams Anyone who using any technique, including but not limited to (list types of fraudulent hit-faking here), to try and unfairly make money through our Affiliate Program will have their account immediately terminated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
